Our gîte is very comfortable and is equipped with central air conditioning.
It is located in a residential neighbourhood in the Sainte-Foy district, minutes away from Old Québec, from the airport, from the bus and the train station, from University Laval, from the shopping malls, near the main highways of the region (Hwy 20, 40, 73) and near all services. |

Monique, your host, will be happy to welcome you into our home, to help you out, to inform you about the places to visit, to tell you how to get around the city, to suggest the right restaurant, etc… and to serve you a hearty breakfast.

Directions |
From highway 20, go towards Quebec, then Pierre Laporte bridge exit on to
Laurier Boulevard. After the first traffic lights, turn right on Lavigerie
street and right on the 3rd street, you will then be on de la Seine street.
From highway 40, go towards Quebec. From Montreal, exit 305 south, then Duplessis boulevard, keep left to Laurier Boulevard. After the first traffic lights, turn right on Lavigerie street and right on the 3rd street, you will then be on de la Seine street.
